Returns & RMAs
Unused, uninstalled stock items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for credit or refund — call the trade desk to open an RMA and we'll issue a return reference and instructions. Special-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable. Anything that arrived damaged or incorrect, we make right, no restocking fee.
